Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
- Proven experience in teaching Science at secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Science education.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to departmental or faculty-wide initiatives.
