Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality lessons and classroom activities.
- Assist in preparing and organizing resources for lessons and extracurricular activities.
- Help supervise and support students during breaks, meals, and other school events.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide one-to-one support to students as needed, helping them to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the smooth running of the school.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
- Assist in the management of school facilities and the maintenance of a safe and welcoming environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A relevant graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards working with young people.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
- Commitment to the values and ethos of the school.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching or working with children.
- Knowledge of French and/or Spanish language skills.
- Previous experience in an educational setting or related field.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a range of responsibilities both in and out of the classroom.
