Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality lessons and classroom activities.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing resources for lessons and extracurricular activities.
  • Help supervise and support students during breaks, meals, and other school events.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students as needed, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the smooth running of the school.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
  • Assist in the management of school facilities and the maintenance of a safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A relevant graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards working with young people.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
  • Commitment to the values and ethos of the school.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching or working with children.
  • Knowledge of French and/or Spanish language skills.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting or related field.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on a range of responsibilities both in and out of the classroom.
