Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching and learning by working with pupils on a one-to-one, small group, and whole class basis.
- Develop positive relationships with students and staff across the school.

- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to enhance student outcomes.
- Deliver tailored support that aligns with the school’s leadership and academic goals.

- Assist in the planning and delivery of activities that promote social action and character development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with children in a school setting.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with students and other adults.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong organisational and technical skills.
Preferred
- Experience in a leadership or character development programme.
- Background in supporting students from disadvantaged communities.
- Experience with teaching assistants or learning support roles.
- Knowledge of leadership education or social action initiatives.
