Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and classroom activities
- Assist with marking and providing feedback to students
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support students with individual learning needs and special educational requirements
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching resources
- Monitor and support student behavior and well-being
- Work closely with other staff to ensure consistency in teaching and learning
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Relevant experience in an educational setting, ideally as a Teaching Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Good organisational and time management skills
Preferred
- Experience in a secondary school environment
- Knowledge of current educational practices and curriculum requirements
- Experience with supporting students with special educational needs
- Familiarity with using digital tools and resources in the classroom
- Previous involvement in professional development or training initiatives
