Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in implementing individual education and health care plans.
- Assist with teaching and learning, social, and independence activities.

- Provide emotional and practical support to students with complex needs.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to supporting students with autism and complex needs.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Willingness to undergo safeguarding checks and provide references.
Preferred
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Experience working with students with SLD and complex needs.
- Knowledge of autism and special educational needs.
- Experience with individual education plans and behaviour support strategies.
- Familiarity with therapeutic approaches such as Thrive or mindfulness techniques.
