Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with special educational needs in a classroom environment.

- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their learning goals.
- Provide one-on-one support where needed to help students with specific learning challenges.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Required
- Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and support both students and colleagues.

- Flexibility and resilience to cope with the challenges of working in a supportive education environment.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a classroom or support role.
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Experience with teaching or learning support strategies.
- Understanding of child development and inclusive education practices.
