Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in the classroom by providing one-to-one or small group assistance.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as marking, record-keeping, and organizing resources.
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and students to support student progress.

  • Support students with special educational needs and help them achieve their full potential.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A relevant qualification in education or a related field.
  • Experience working with young people in a school or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding.

Preferred

  • Experience in a teaching or learning support role.
  • Knowledge of inclusive education and supporting students with diverse learning needs.
  • Experience with curriculum delivery or classroom management.
