Teaching Assistant role with 12.5 hours per week. Start date 2nd February.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the safety, welfare, and good conduct of children during the midday break.
- Clean and tidy tables, chairs, and areas used during lunch as directed.
- Report any incidents, such as injuries or unwell students, to the appropriate staff.
- Promote the school’s ethos and values by example.
- Assist with the supervision and management of students in line with school policy.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures during break times.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.
- Communicate effectively with staff and parents when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A commitment to the school’s values and ethos.
- Experience working with children in a school setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain a safe environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to work during the midday break.
Preferred
- Experience in a teaching or support role within education.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks in a school environment.
- Familiarity with early years or primary education settings.
