The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in planning, delivering, and evaluating learning activities.
- Assist in the supervision of groups or individual pupils in a variety of settings.

- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students requiring additional assistance.
- Monitor and record student progress and communicate updates to the teaching team.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the learning process.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
- Experience in a teaching or learning support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Familiarity with curriculum planning and delivery.
- Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies.
