Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one personal support for pupils with additional needs
- Ensure pupils receive special educational and/or medical support to access learning
- Maintain accurate and professional records for individual pupils
- Support pupils in achieving their full potential through tailored assistance
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Promote positive behavior and contribute to a stimulating classroom atmosphere
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience working with pupils who have additional needs
- Ability to maintain accurate and professional records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to supporting pupils' well-being and learning
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred
- Experience in a primary school setting
- Knowledge of special educational needs and disability support
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols
- Experience with assistive technologies or communication aids
