Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Assist in the development and delivery of support programmes tailored to students' needs.
Work closely with the SENCO to ensure students have access to the curriculum.
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Contribute to the school's mission of inspiring students to aspire, believe, and achieve.
Participate in staff development and training opportunities.
Ensure the safe and well-managed use of school facilities and resources.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Experience working with young people or in a school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Flexibility and willingness to work term time only.

Preferred

Experience in supporting students with special educational needs.
Knowledge of inclusive teaching practices.
Experience with curriculum delivery and assessment.
Previous teaching or learning support experience.
