Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging Technology lessons in a disruption-free classroom environment.
- Collaborate with experienced mentors and subject specialists to enhance teaching practice.
- Participate in structured training and CPD opportunities provided by United Teaching and the school.
- Plan and implement a well-resourced Technology curriculum with support from the department.
- Engage in regular learning walks and receive incremental feedback to improve teaching effectiveness.
- Work closely with the behaviour and inclusion teams to support student needs and maintain a positive classroom environment.
- Contribute to the development of departmental schemes of work and teaching policies.
- Build strong relationships with trainees and colleagues across the United Learning group.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Eligibility for the Bursary and commitment to completing the Teacher Training Programme.
- A passion for teaching Technology and a desire to support student achievement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in a related field or prior teaching experience.
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital resources.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

- Bursary of £20,000, subject to eligibility.
