The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated UCAS Administrator to support the College’s student application process and ensure a smooth administrative cycle. This role is integral to helping students achieve their higher education goals and plays a key part in the school’s commitment to academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the UCAS application process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Provide structured support and guidance to students throughout the application journey
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date student records
  • Monitor and report on application progress, identifying and resolving any issues promptly
  • Assist with the collation and submission of required documentation for UCAS and other relevant bodies
  • Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and staff to ensure a seamless experience
  • Support the College’s administrative systems and ensure compliance with all UCAS guidelines
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the UCAS process through feedback and data analysis

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing
  • Proficiency in using UCAS and other relevant administrative software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students

Preferred

  • Experience in managing the UCAS process or similar admissions systems
  • Knowledge of the UK higher education application process
  • Experience with student support and guidance
  • Familiarity with educational IT systems and software
  • Previous experience within a multi-academy trust or similar educational organisation
