Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal CHE guidance and career advice tailored to individual student needs
  • Facilitate group sessions and workshops on university admissions and career pathways
  • Coordinate and manage one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents
  • Organise and participate in events related to university applications and career planning
  • Conduct research on universities, courses, and career opportunities using digital tools
  • Collaborate with academic staff and other counsellors to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and engagement
  • Stay updated on global education trends and higher education opportunities

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Minimum of an Associate Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff
  • Experience in providing personal CHE guidance and facilitating group work in an educational setting
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks including workshops, one-on-one sessions, and events
