Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of engaging lesson plans aligned with US curriculum standards
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

  • Provide individualized support to students with varying learning needs and abilities

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
  • Familiarity with US curriculum standards and best practices in elementary education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create engaging and inclusive lesson plans
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion

Preferred

  • Japanese language proficiency
  • Experience working with children in a school or educational setting

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary ranging from ¥ 2,880,000 to ¥ 3,720,000
  • Free attendance for children at the school (excluding ancillary fees)
