Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and English National Curriculum.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal growth of all students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement cross-curricular projects and learning experiences.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to the school’s ongoing curriculum enhancement initiatives.
  • Engage with parents and the school community through regular communication and involvement in school events.

  • Stay current with educational trends and best practices in teaching and learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
  • Valid teaching certification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching in an international school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and English National Curriculum.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver effective, engaging lessons for Upper Primary students.

Preferred

  • Experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework.
  • Fluency in a second language.
  • Experience in a Christian-based educational environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of care and character development.
