The Opportunity:
As Vice Principal, you will work closely with the Principal to shape the strategic direction of the school. This is a senior leadership role that offers the chance to drive academic outcomes, foster a scholarly culture, and make a real impact on student achievement and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic improvements across teaching, behaviour, and safeguarding.
- Develop and implement priorities quickly to secure impact.
- Be a visible and influential presence across the school, modelling excellence.
- Use evidence and data to monitor, diagnose, and evaluate performance, driving continuous improvement.
- Lead and inspire staff through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
- Uphold the highest standards of behaviour and culture, ensuring accountability at all levels.
- Tackle underperformance robustly and effectively.
- Contribute to whole-school improvement planning and execution.

Required
- A proven track record of impact in senior leadership.
- An outstanding classroom practitioner with strong outcomes.
