Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons based on a benchmarked curriculum
- Encourage independent learning and implement innovative teaching methods
- Develop differentiated materials to meet diverse student needs and interests
- Support students in preparing for written and oral German school leaving exams
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance student experiences
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and stimulating classroom environment
- Continuously evaluate and refine teaching practices to ensure student success
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status equivalent to the German Second State Examination with a specialization in secondary education
- Fluency in German and native-level English proficiency
- Strong organizational and pedagogical skills
- Ability to design and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned lessons
- Commitment to student-centered learning and holistic development
Preferred
