The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing meaningful feedback to parents and colleagues.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Support students with additional needs and those with high learning potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure student success.
- Participate in pastoral care, safeguarding, and school-wide activities, including clubs and duties.
- Contribute to the school’s Christian ethos and community values.
- Support both day and boarding pupils in their academic and personal development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Relevant teaching qualification and experience in Key Stage 1.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the school’s values and ethos.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and support students of all abilities.
- Experience in pastoral care and safeguarding.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching Year 2 or similar age group.
- Familiarity with inclusive education practices.
