Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an engaging and structured curriculum tailored to the needs of Year 3 students.
- Collaborate with Learning Assistants to ensure a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Foster a love of learning through creative and thematic teaching approaches.

- Contribute to the wider life of the school community through extracurricular activities and events.
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure academic excellence for all.
- Work closely with the Head of Pre-Prep to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
- Stay up to date with the latest educational practices and innovations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
- Experience teaching Year 3 students or equivalent.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Commitment to the school’s values and mission.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience with thematic or cross-curricular teaching approaches.
- Familiarity with the school’s enrichment programmes such as Dragon QUEST.
- Previous experience in a similar role on a part-time basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
