The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient clerical and administrative support across the academy.
  • Assist with receptionist duties, including answering calls and managing visitor access.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, events, and communications.
  • Ensure the timely processing of administrative tasks and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure the academy operates smoothly.
  • Assist with general office management and supply ordering.
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for students and visitors.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in an administrative or clerical role.
