Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient clerical and administrative support across the academy.
- Assist with receptionist duties, including answering calls and managing visitor access.

- Ensure the timely processing of administrative tasks and correspondence.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure the academy operates smoothly.
- Assist with general office management and supply ordering.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for students and visitors.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in using office software and systems.
