Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen the admissions process, ensuring a positive experience for families and students.
- Build robust systems and processes for student fit and inclusion decisions.
- Analyze retention patterns and family satisfaction trends to support long-term growth.
- Develop meaningful community partnerships and engagement strategies.
- Contribute to marketing and positioning initiatives that enhance the school's profile.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and report directly to the Headteacher.
- Navigate complex situations with empathy, professionalism, and strategic thinking.
- Ensure alignment with the school’s values and educational standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong experience in admissions or a related role within an educational institution.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to make clear-headed decisions and build trust quickly.
- Strong organisational and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience working with families in a school environment.
- Comfort with data analysis and systems.
Preferred
- Understanding of British and international education contexts.
- Teaching experience or experience in marketing, digital engagement, or community partnerships.
