Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety standards, and complete risk assessments.

  • Foster positive relationships with students, employers, and stakeholders to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Significant industry experience in agriculture, animal care, and basic equine work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to use relevant educational software.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and health and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet high expectations.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching or delivering vocational education.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and developments.
  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
  • Experience in working with young people and supporting their personal and academic growth.
  • Familiarity with teaching English as a Second Language or working with diverse student groups.
