Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and rigorous AP Computer Science instruction in both English and Chinese
• Support students in mastering advanced programming concepts and preparing for AP exams
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the computer science curriculum
• Mentor and guide students in coding competitions and academic projects
• Stay current with advancements in computer science education and technology

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English
• At least two years of full-time high school teaching experience
• Recognized teaching qualification (BEd, PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
• Strong subject knowledge in high school computer science curriculum
• Experience teaching AP-level computer science courses
• Ability to engage and challenge high-performing students

Preferred

• Experience with academic proficiency examinations
• Background in coaching students in computer science competitions
