As a Boarding Admissions Manager, you will lead and deliver boarding recruitment across UK and international markets. This role is pivotal in ensuring boarding places are filled through a strategic and sustainable approach, while driving targeted marketing and building strong relationships with feeder schools and international agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the boarding admissions pipeline from enquiry through to enrolment.
• Develop and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to attract high-quality applicants.
• Oversee international agent and recruitment management, including travel and engagement activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with UK feeder schools and domestic boarding pathways.
• Analyze data and manage budgets to support informed decision-making and reporting.
• Support international engagement and pipeline development for future boarders.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and recruitment policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Degree-level education.
• Experience in admissions, boarding, or international student recruitment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Preferred

• Background in marketing, business, communications, or education.
• Experience working with feeder schools or agents.
• Proven ability to manage and develop marketing strategies.
