The Opportunity:

As a Business Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons to students across multiple campuses using virtual platforms, while also providing on-campus support. This role combines virtual teaching with a strong focus on student development and a supportive, collaborative school culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging Business lessons remotely to students across multiple campuses using Zoom and Canvas
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned to curriculum and exam board requirements
  • Support students in developing independent learning skills in line with the school’s self-directed learning approach
  • Act as a tutor, supporting student wellbeing, progress, and development
  • Provide on-campus support in learning centres, helping students stay on track with their studies
  • Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and engage with parents and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive campus culture
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and globally

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Business
  • Confident using technology to deliver engaging lessons and support learning
  • Comfortable teaching in a virtual environment while building strong relationships with students
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys being part of a campus community
  • Committed to supporting both the academic and pastoral development of students

Preferred

  • Experience with virtual learning platforms such as Zoom and Canvas
  • Background in self-directed learning or student-centred teaching approaches
  • Experience in pastoral support or student wellbeing
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in curriculum planning and assessment
