The Opportunity:

As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons remotely to students across multiple campuses, supporting their academic and pastoral development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging Maths lessons remotely using Zoom and Canvas to students across multiple campuses.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with curriculum and exam board requirements.
  • Support students in developing independent learning skills in line with the school’s self-directed learning approach.
  • Act as a tutor, supporting student wellbeing, progress, and development.
  • Provide on-campus support in learning centres to help students stay on track with their studies.
  • Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and engage with parents and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive campus culture through collaboration and mentorship.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Maths.
  • Confident using technology to deliver engaging lessons and support learning.
  • Comfortable teaching in a virtual environment while building strong relationships with students.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys being part of a campus community.
  • Committed to supporting both the academic and pastoral development of students.

Preferred

  • Experience with online learning platforms such as Zoom and Canvas.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar.
  • Background in self-directed learning or student-led education models.
  • Experience in pastoral care or student support roles.
