Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience delivering engaging and effective teaching within a primary or prep setting.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and able to respond to the needs of pupils.
  • Show a strong commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to school life.
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

  • Experience with curriculum development or innovative teaching methods.
  • Experience in a school with a strong pastoral care focus.
  • Experience with teaching children aged 2–11 years.
