The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, student-centred computing lessons that align with the school's educational goals.
- Use up-to-date resources and teaching methods to ensure an enjoyable and enriching learning experience.
- Complete student reports and provide regular feedback to support individual progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the summer school curriculum.
- Participate in excursions and activities that complement the academic program.
- Support the school’s mission by fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment.
- Stay current with developments in computing education and technology.
- Contribute to the overall summer school experience through additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven teaching experience in computing or a related field.
- Strong ability to engage and inspire students of diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in creating and delivering interactive and student-centred lessons.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to the school’s values of character education and inclusivity.
Preferred
- Experience working with students aged 8-16 in a summer school or similar setting.
- Familiarity with teaching English as a second language.
- Experience with programming, digital literacy, or IT-related subjects.
- Background in outdoor or experiential learning.
