Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate academic performance, ensuring continuous improvement.

- Provide leadership and inspiration to colleagues and students alike.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in an academic or educational setting.
- Strong academic background and deep understanding of curriculum development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate colleagues and students.
- Experience in managing and leading a team of educators.
