The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee curriculum development across all academic areas.

  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team to implement academic vision and goals.
  • Foster a culture of professional development and collaboration among staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate academic performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with teachers, students, and parents.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and long-term academic development of the school.
  • Provide leadership and inspiration to colleagues and students alike.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven leadership experience in an academic or educational setting.
  • Strong academic background and deep understanding of curriculum development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
