Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree in Design and Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching Design and Technology at secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the subject.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to student achievement and personal development.

Preferred

  • Experience in developing and delivering cross-curricular projects.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools used in Design and Technology.
  • Experience with SEND provision or inclusive teaching strategies.
  • Leadership experience or a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
