Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the school’s business operations, ICT infrastructure, and careers provision.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create a productive learning environment aligned with the school’s vision and values.
- Oversee the management of ICT systems and ensure all digital resources support teaching and learning.
- Promote and expand careers guidance and enterprise activities to support student progression and employability.
- Lead and manage a team of staff across business, ICT, and careers functions.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and best practice in business operations and ICT management.
- Work closely with external partners to develop career pathways and opportunities for students.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business, ICT, and careers initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within education, with a focus on business, ICT, and careers.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior teams.
- Demonstrable experience in improving student outcomes and promoting social mobility.
- In-depth knowledge of ICT systems and their application in education.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with school vision and values.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational structure.
- Knowledge of careers guidance frameworks and enterprise education.
- Experience in managing large-scale ICT projects or transformations.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures in education.
