The Opportunity:
As the Director of Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing internal and external communication strategies for two schools. This is a leadership position that supports the school’s mission and enhances its global reputation through consistent, impactful communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies.
- Manage digital platforms, content creation, and event support to promote the school’s brand.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to strengthen the school’s global presence and reputation.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all stakeholders, including parents, students, and staff.
- Support strategic planning and align communication initiatives with the school’s vision and values.
- Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials and communications.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align communication goals with institutional objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Degree qualified with a UK or internationally recognised equivalent.
- Proven experience in strategic communications and marketing.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in managing digital platforms and content creation.
Preferred
- Experience in education or international school settings.
- Background in brand development and public relations.
- Familiarity with international communication standards and practices.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
