The Opportunity:

As the Director of Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing internal and external communication strategies for two schools. This is a leadership position that supports the school’s mission and enhances its global reputation through consistent, impactful communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies.
  • Manage digital platforms, content creation, and event support to promote the school’s brand.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to strengthen the school’s global presence and reputation.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all stakeholders, including parents, students, and staff.
  • Support strategic planning and align communication initiatives with the school’s vision and values.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials and communications.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align communication goals with institutional objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Degree qualified with a UK or internationally recognised equivalent.
  • Proven experience in strategic communications and marketing.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in managing digital platforms and content creation.

Preferred

  • Experience in education or international school settings.
  • Background in brand development and public relations.
  • Familiarity with international communication standards and practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
