The Opportunity:

As the Director of Marketing and Admissions, you will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing and admissions strategy across a family of three independent schools. This is a pivotal role that will shape the future of the institution and enhance its profile, engagement, and long-term advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive admissions and build brand awareness.
  • Lead and inspire a 13-strong team of marketing and admissions professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with the school’s strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current parents, alumni, and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver targeted communication campaigns that reflect the school's values and mission.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and admissions outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and channels.
  • Support the school’s growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for engagement and outreach.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in strategic marketing, communications, and admissions within the education sector.
  • Demonstrable track record in leading teams and delivering results in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the independent education landscape.
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans.

Preferred

  • Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Background in brand development and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems.
  • Experience in driving admissions and enrollment growth.
