Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and policies.
- Facilitate excellent progress through differentiation, assessment, and feedback.
- Maintain strong behavior management and uphold school standards.
- Use data to inform planning, target-setting, and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with parents and support academic monitoring.
- Model and promote the school’s vision and values across all aspects of school life.
- Provide excellent pastoral care and support student development.
- Participate actively in co-curricular activities, House system, and school events.
- Uphold professional conduct and collaborate with colleagues on school development and CPD.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree / PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification / Qualified Teacher Status.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant teaching experience.
- Experience teaching the UK National Curriculum.
- Proven ability to inspire and engage pupils of all abilities.
- Strong classroom management and pastoral skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with EAL learners.
- Understanding of UK independent and international school expectations.
