The Opportunity:

As the Primary Principal, you will lead the academic and operational direction of the school, ensuring a high-quality education and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment for students from Pre-School to Year 7. This role is ideal for an experienced leader looking to shape the future of a rapidly expanding institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the school campus.
  • Develop and implement a structured, research-informed curriculum across all subjects.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, high standards of behavior, and student wellbeing.
  • Ensure effective assessment practices that support student progress and achievement.
  • Lead professional development initiatives to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Uphold the school’s vision, ethos, and strategic direction in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, the local community, and external partners.
  • Implement and maintain safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment for students and staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven leadership experience in a school setting, ideally as a Deputy Head or Vice Principal.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Primary Curriculum.
  • Experience in leading in the GCC or Middle East region.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and build stakeholder relationships.
  • Commitment to high standards of teaching, learning, and student support.

Preferred

  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional leadership.
  • Background in international education or working within a global school network.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with a focus on strategic planning and school improvement.
