The Opportunity:

As an Examinations Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school’s examination processes. This position is ideal for someone who values accuracy, organisation, and the power of data to support student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of student data, including grades and examination results.
  • Support the full examination process, from planning to administration and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents to ensure clarity and transparency.
  • Use Microsoft Office 365 tools, particularly Excel and Word, to manage information efficiently.
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis to support school operations.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Examinations Manager to maintain high standards in all administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and examination regulations.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • GCSE English and Maths, minimum Grade 4 or equivalent.
  • Experience in the use of MIS systems.
  • Knowledge of academic data, including grading systems.
  • Strong ICT, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in examination administration or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with the school’s MIS (Arbor) and advanced Microsoft tools such as PowerBI.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
