The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the mathematics department to ensure effective teaching and learning
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans aligned with the UK-IGCSE standards
  • Monitor and assess student progress to support academic growth
  • Support and mentor mathematics teachers to enhance instructional quality
  • Collaborate with school leadership on academic initiatives and policy development

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in secondary/high school mathematics
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to plan effective lessons and assess student performance accurately
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and parents

Preferred

  • Experience with the UK-IGCSE curriculum
  • Background in leading a department or team in an international school setting
