Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire educational program and ensure alignment with the Cambridge Curriculum across all stages.
  • Provide strong leadership to staff, students, parents, and stakeholders to maintain high academic standards.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that reflects the school’s values and mission.
  • Manage day-to-day operations while developing and implementing long-term strategic plans.
  • Support staff development and promote continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
  • Ensure compliance with international educational standards and school accreditation requirements.
  • Collaborate with parents and the wider community to build strong relationships and support student success.
  • Promote a student-centered approach that emphasizes holistic development and well-being.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an educational leadership or administrative role
  • Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum framework across multiple education stages
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams effectively

Preferred

  • Experience in managing international school operations
  • Background in strategic planning and school development
  • Knowledge of international educational standards and accreditation processes
