Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a dynamic and high-achieving mathematics department.
- Deliver outstanding teaching and learning from GCSE through to A level.
- Support and mentor mathematics teachers to enhance departmental performance.
- Implement innovative teaching methods and curriculum development.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the school to contribute to the broader academic and pastoral life.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, ensuring continued academic excellence.
- Represent the department in external events and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A high-quality degree in a Mathematics-related subject.
- Proven teaching experience across GCSE and A level Mathematics.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a school or educational setting.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Commitment to student achievement and professional development.
Preferred
- Experience in leading a successful mathematics department.
