You will collaborate with your team, parents, and the wider network to position the school as a “School of Choice” that delivers exceptional learning experiences and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the school community, ensuring the wellbeing and professional growth of staff and students.
  • Drive teaching quality through evidence-based improvements and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Grow community engagement and deliver exceptional customer service and experience to parents and students.
  • Ensure the school achieves commercial success through strategic planning and effective marketing insights.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making to support school improvement and performance management.
  • Manage safeguarding and child protection with the highest standards of care and responsibility.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Managing Director (RMD) to align the school’s vision with ISP’s global goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in educational leadership and strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build inclusive and collaborative leadership teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality education and student learning outcomes.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading school growth and community engagement initiatives.
  • Background in marketing insights and commercial performance management.
  • Strong financial acumen and change management experience.
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging in education.
