Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to establish the Senior School as a benchmark of excellence.
- Shape and implement an ambitious long-term vision aligned with the school’s global standards.
- Lead the development of a high-performance culture focused on academic and pastoral excellence.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with the founding leadership team to align the Senior School with the school’s overarching mission.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent; Master’s degree in Education or Educational Leadership preferred.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent international certification.
- Minimum of five years’ senior leadership experience in a British curriculum school.
- Demonstrable expertise in curriculum design, staff development, and school improvement strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of BSO and UK educational standards.
Preferred
- Experience in leading the development of a new school or department.
- Strong track record in fostering student well-being and pastoral care.
- Experience with international school operations and accreditation processes.
