The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging History lessons across all key stages.

- Support students in achieving outstanding results at GCSE and A level.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience and academic outcomes.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practices.
- Monitor and assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Engage in extra-curricular activities and school events that promote the subject and student involvement.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree in History or a related field.
- Experience in teaching History at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering a mastery-based curriculum.
- Familiarity with assessment and examination requirements at GCSE and A level.
- Experience in leading or contributing to departmental initiatives and curriculum development.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
