Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching aligned with the Cambridge/British Curriculum.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and intervention strategies.
• Develop and implement effective classroom management techniques.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum continuity across phases.
• Support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
• Promote an inclusive and equal opportunities policy in the classroom.
• Participate in continuing professional development (CPD) activities.
• Uphold the school's Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Education or a Diploma in Childhood Education.
• At least two years of teaching experience in a school setting.
• Evidence of successful teaching placements or previous teaching experience.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date planning and curriculum continuity.

Preferred

• Experience working with students who have learning or behavioral challenges.
• Evidence of involvement in CPD activities.
