Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England
• Differentiate instruction to support the diverse needs of all learners
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Use assessment data to monitor and support student progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum delivery and share best practices
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to school initiatives
• Maintain strong communication with parents and the wider school community

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or PGCE with QTS
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in a primary setting (UK preferred)
• Strong lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement skills

Preferred

• Experience with the National Curriculum for England
• ADEK approval or eligibility
• ECTs are welcome to apply – an induction programme is available
