The Opportunity:

We are seeking an EYFS Teacher to join our team from April 2026 and help shape the early learning journey of young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about fostering creativity, curiosity, and lifelong learning in the Early Years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where all children feel valued
• Support children’s development across all areas of learning, including communication, language, physical, personal, social, and emotional development
• Use observations and assessments to monitor progress and inform next steps
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach across the Early Years team
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives
• Maintain strong, open communication with parents and carers

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) with specialisation in Early Years, or PGCE with QTS and EYFS experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching in an EYFS setting (UK preferred)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child-centred approaches to learning
• Creative, flexible, and nurturing teaching style
• Excellent classroom organisation and behaviour management skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Preferred

• ADEK approval or eligibility
• Experience with ECT (Early Career Teacher) programmes
