Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across all Key Stage 2 subjects
- Manage and motivate a diverse classroom with strong pastoral care
- Collaborate with colleagues to support student progress and development
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and carers
- Prepare and deliver high-quality teaching materials using digital tools
- Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of the English National Curriculum
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching Key Stage 2 across all subject areas
- Strong classroom management and pastoral care skills
- Excellent communication skills with parents and colleagues
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- Clean enhanced DBS check and full five-year reference check
- EU passport or Spanish residency (UK candidates may apply)
Preferred
- Flexibility to teach across key stages
- Experience with phonics schemes and early reading approaches
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
