The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Kindergarten Teacher to join our Early Years team and create a safe, joyful, and stimulating learning environment for young learners. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging, structured, and meaningful learning experiences aligned with the American curriculum.
  • Use recognized programs such as McGraw Hill and Wonders to support early literacy and foundational skills.
  • Foster a warm, creative, and consistent classroom environment that promotes student engagement and well-being.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants to provide support during daily activities and student care.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
  • Participate in school-wide events, professional development, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that supports student learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a Kindergarten setting.
  • Strong knowledge of early literacy and foundational skills development.
  • Experience working with young learners in a play-based and student-centered learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

Preferred

  • Experience with phonics-based instruction.
  • Familiarity with American curriculum standards.
  • Experience working in an international school setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Thai.
