The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging, structured, and meaningful learning experiences aligned with the American curriculum.
- Use recognized programs such as McGraw Hill and Wonders to support early literacy and foundational skills.
- Foster a warm, creative, and consistent classroom environment that promotes student engagement and well-being.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants to provide support during daily activities and student care.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
- Participate in school-wide events, professional development, and team-building activities.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that supports student learning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a Kindergarten setting.
- Strong knowledge of early literacy and foundational skills development.
- Experience working with young learners in a play-based and student-centered learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
Preferred
- Experience with phonics-based instruction.
- Familiarity with American curriculum standards.
- Experience working in an international school setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English and Thai.
