Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned lessons to students in a small class setting
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet diverse student needs
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school counselors to support student success
- Utilize technology and interactive teaching methods to enhance student engagement
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Participate in school events, professional development, and extracurricular activities
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback
- Stay updated with best practices in education and continuously improve teaching methods
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor of Education degree in Primary Education/PGCE or equivalent
- Teaching license/qualification from the UK, CA, US, AU, NZ, IR, or SA
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum
- Familiarity with differentiated instruction techniques
- Experience with technology integration in the classroom
- Knowledge of the Duke of Edinburgh International Award Scheme
