Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive Economics lessons aligned with the Global Cambridge Curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and collaboration.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school counsellors to support student academic and personal development.
- Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.
- Stay updated with current economic trends and integrate real-world examples into lessons.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor of Education degree in Physics Education/PGCE or equivalent.
- Teaching license/qualification from the UK, CA, US, AU, NZ, IR, or SA.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching Economics or a related subject.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and international setting.
Preferred
- Experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum.
- Familiarity with differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching practices.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
- Previous experience working in international schools or overseas.
